Our fabrication department consists of a 14,625 square foot fabrication shop with two 10 ton overhead cranes and 23 feet of working height. We have an excellent team of welders which enables us to complete each job promptly and precisely. Our welding capabilities include Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK or SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), and Submerged Arc Welding. (SUBARC).

MIG Welding
Suitable for a wide variety of metals and thicknesses, Metal Inert Gas (MIG) Welding is used in both industrial and architectural metal fabrication projects

SMAW/STICK Welding
Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW or STICK) is one of the most popular welding processes. This welding technique is typically used for maintenance and repairs.
- Used to weld carbon steel, low and high alloy steel, cast iron, and ductile iron as well as some non-ferrous materials.
- Can be used in almost any position
- Capable of welding virtually any thickness of material
TIG Welding
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding is most commonly used to weld thin pieces of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium and copper alloys.
- Versatile Welding process with great results.
- A slower yet more precise welding process; produces a superior-looking weld.
- Can produce more difficult welds such as round or “S” curves.
SUBARC Welding
Submerged Arc Welding (SUBARC) is a common welding process that is often used for structural and vessel construction related projects.
- Creates strong sound welds
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor works
- Deep weld penetration capable of welding thick materials
- Results in a less distorted weld
